Konkan Travel - Day 3

We got up early, very early actually at 1 am :). The plan was to catch some local fisherman and go with him for fishing in the SEA. They start fishing activity at 1 or 2 am depending on tides, as fishes are active that time. We went to Malvan Bandar(port) but was unlucky to find any boat at the port :(. All were already inside and had started there work. We stood there for sometime observing the things around us and listening to crystal clear sound of water.

We came back after sometime and had a quick nap as we had to visit the fish market again in the morning. Again we went at around 6 am back to same place. We would see the fresh fish being brought to the market for auction. It was wonderful LIVE experience. Malvan is known for place to eat quality and fresh fish :).

Some visual feast..

That was to explore in Malvan, it was time to move further with our plan. Our next decided stay was GanpatiPule. We had decided to reach there till afternoon time and try visiting possible places around it.  We came back and left the Tarkarli Beach Niwas place at around 10 AM. There are couple of beaches around GanpatiPule apart from the temple, so few nearest beaches were on our radar. We had decided to do a check once we reach GanpatiPule. Because important thing was to get an accommodation for us.

This was going to be a bad day, as predicted we saw some signs of rains. Soon it started raining  heavily and we had to lose hope for rest of day. We had to just target then to reach GanpatiPule and get an accommodation for us. Our speed got slow because of rain and we reached around 4.30 PM at Ganpatipule. We quickly got a hotel near by temple which was good enough for one night stay.

It was almost evening and it was still raining. So nothing could be done for the day. We spent some time around the temple, had our dinner.
